My complaint:
This is an official response to Telegram’s new rule where they can use my photos that can be used in litigation in court cases against me. I strongly reject this rule.I do not give my official permission.

With this statement, I give notice to telegram it is strictly forbidden to disclose, copy, distribute ,or take any other action against me based on this profile andor its contents.
