My complaint:
Telegram public group has been made by name Setniekuseta 18 so and all sorts off videos has been posted on there such as : naked body parts, offensive content, official comments basically this group has been made to shame Latvian people on Tik Tok. As you can imagine there is loads off people there so one day group creator has made this group private so my question is who have data protection rights for this group if there are loads off peoples names there and who’s responsible for data protection breach???
Suggested solution:
Delete the group and make their creators accountable for data protection breach!!!
