My complaint:
Numerous requests for replacement of missing and damaged papers. Both phone messages and calls to customer service have failed. Promised replacement papers are not delivered. What does it take to solve this problem?
Suggested solution:
Deliver paper as promised. Provide complaint process that actually works.
