My complaint:
Sir, Coinpaxa is an investment company,their members viz Nathalie Scott and Admin Mr. Maxi Correa and Ms.Carmen Mcsandel approched me to invest the amount in their platform they will give 10% return on daily basis which can be withdraw daily hence I invest $110 in good faith but when I went to withdraw, the site was not opening… I approached to both the admin then they told me that u can withdraw only when you upgrade your account by further deposit of $500 otherwise forget about the withdraw…I made several request from them but they told me that u have to deposit first.
Suggested solution:
They are not ready to listen me and told me that do whatever you can do and if I want my money back than I have to invest $500more in their platform. The behaviour also is very rude. I am forwarding here with the screen shot of the chat held between admin and me
