In telegram a person txt me that you need non vbv cards and I told yes then for 2-3days he started to txted me and he asked to pay 500 rupees as advance and I didn’t so I asked him to get a mobile (he is a fraud carder) he told ok bro I will do
Then I sent 500₹ to him after that he is not rply me and not Answering my calls anything.. I have his mobile number and photo also can you please help me

So please remove their account permanently and block their mobile network only they all doing a very big deals by doing this frauds so please save internet banking and save people money..
