My complaint:
I have tried numerous times to activate my new telegram app account, but each time it is requesting my mobile phone number in Canada which is 1-514-892-5554 which I have submitted . I am then told that an activation code will be sent to my mobile phone 1-514-892-5554 but I never do receive this activation code on my mobile phone. So Telegram is promising to send an activation code but they never send it..
Suggested solution:
By sending the activation code to either my mobile phone which is 1-514-892-5554 or to my email address which is findkeg@aol.com
