My complaint:
they have been taking money off of my mobile despite me not authorizing this, i have left messages on their number and tried e mailing as per their recorded message but it just bounces back vodaphone gave me details to contact them but they do not respond !
Suggested solution:
i want assurance that they have removed my number and my money refunded
