My complaint:
I logged a pickup for the Espresso coffee machine ref MRRN-T6BBG-KXEB that was picked up on the 27 of December, because it was leaking water.
One person picked up 2 parcels MRRN-T6BBG-KXE, the Espresso machine and MRRN-85K9K-QEA4, the coffee grinder, grinder could not switch off.
It seems the coffee grinder was received back at Takealot but not the Espresso machine, how is that possible since the same person collects both at the same time?
Then they returned the coffee grinder by Dawn Wing courier what must I do with a broken coffee grinder?
Messge from Takalot ”Unfortunately, your return has been declined due to specific criteria not being met in line with our Returns Policy. Wrong item returned.”
Since 27th December I am stuggling an not getting proper feedback from them and nor a refund.
