My complaint:
The service I received was pathetic. I called the contact centre 4 times and all calls were dropped. The 4th time I eventually came through to an agent that deliberately dropped the call. My complaint revolves around the the increased amount that I have to pay compared to what was shown on the day. The total price displayed and paid for on the 20.03.2022 was -R7 900 but latest payment on card shows R8647. This is unethical.
Suggested solution:
Adjust the payment to what it should be.
