My complaint:
Ordered delivery. My burger was raw. Ordered cheese nachos and they sent me Mac and cheese. My shrimp tacos were cold and had no taste at all. Our order was over $60. I call the store spoke with manager who is very rude she was very busy and I had to bring my food back to the restaurant if I wanted a refund. I tried to explain to him the reason I ordered delivery is because I do not have a vehicle right now my car is in the shop. He basically call me a liar and hung up on . me. I’m the only out $60 we still don’t have any dinner. I want a refund not anymore food. Please take care of this in a timely manner thank you
