My complaint:
Why are you making employees stay at work until 1:00 am? Are you aware there is a major winter storm going on? It is extremely dangerous to be out on the roads right now! The snow blows are having a hard time keeping up with the snow. If you leave your employees at work they may be stranded there for two days. This storms isn’t going to let us until Sunday. The State police have even said, to stay off the roads unless it’s a emergency!!
Are selling tacos wearth someone’s life???
Suggested solution:
Let the workers go home without being threaded that you will fire them.
