My complaint:

As someone who absolutely loves the Mexican Pizza, I wanted to share a concern. I’ve been eating Mexican Pizzas since I was a child, and I’m now 37 years old. Unfortunately, something seems to have changed with the quality and taste—at least at the locations in southern Louisiana.

Recently, every time I order a Mexican Pizza, I end up throwing the entire thing away because it has a terrible flavor that I can’t quite pinpoint. At this point, I would estimate I’ve thrown away more than 25 pizzas. I also have coworkers and friends who have experienced the same awful taste and can attest to it.

I’ve called these locations to complain, but nothing has changed. The pizzas seem to have an almost rancid, burnt, or sunflower seed oil–type flavor. It’s really unpleasant. Honestly, I’d be surprised if this is the first time you’re hearing about this because it’s been consistently bad.

It’s especially frustrating because the Mexican Pizza is the one item I truly enjoy on your menu. However, lately it has been completely inedible every time I order it.

I really hope this issue can be looked into. I’ve included two locations below that I know for certain have had this problem, though from what I’ve heard, it may be happening at other locations as well.
