My complaint:
no ice in the machine no carbonation tacos were cold! bathrooms filthy! say they don’t give senior discounts anymore! oh my god being shorthanded can’t explain all the things that went wrong but when the filled the drinks behind the counter and gave my diabetic wife real pepsi instead of diet they could have killed her! her blood sugars jumped to 389 (normal is 80) had to call her doctor who ordered extra inulin . she’s 73 years old and disabled and didn’t need this employee mistake! I told them i appreciated her calmness with being shorthanded before i knew the horrific mistake she had made!
Suggested solution:
