My complaint:
I was simply trying to order, and i was met with hostility by three different employees in the drive through. i was treated like an idiot and they raised their voices at me when it was completely unnecessary. the employees at this taco bell are regularly rude and unfriendly almost each time i visit. it isn’t very hard to treat people with kindness, or at least not be rude. try harder taco bell!!!!!!!!!!!!! whoever i spoke to needs to be reprimanded.
Suggested solution:
discipline employees who treat customers rudely. this happens at this specific location regularly, on several occasions.
