My complaint:
The manager refused to give me her name. But, her is my best description of her: tall, middle-aged, freckles or moles on face, Black, female. This women was so rude and nasty to me when I attempted to order through the drive-through today (Sunday, May 16, 2021 at approximately 2:30 pm). First, the order board was not switched to lunch (still displaying breakfast). I asked what kind of box deal do you have? She stated Whatever is on the menu is what we got! I ordered the Chalupa box, NO TOMATOES. She handed me a Chalupa with an ESCESSIVE amount of tomatoes, the chips were completely crushed and dumped in the bag. I know this because I checked my food right then and there. I asked her What did you do, crush my chip and throw them in the bag, there’s no way this would happen? Also, I asked for no tomatoes and you gave me an excessive amount. I told her I do not want this. She states I am not remaking it. Then she told me to give her the food and drink back and stated I am refusing your service! I was so appalled by this women’s behavior. I left and went to another taco bell where the service was great. I just want to make you aware of who is working in your establishment and how they are treating customers.
Suggested solution:
I was given my money back, but you do not treat people this way. I do not believe this issue was resolved properly.
