My complaint:

I went inside the blue ash location and wanted to order food. The person at h counter said i had to use the kiosk to place an order. I asked if could just tell her nd she said no. So either sh ws jut being lazy of you policies are awful.

Suggested solution:

Allow CUSTOMERS to order at the register.
