My complaint:

We went to the drive thru on Monday 072522 somewhere around 7-8PM. We had 4 orders. It was hard even getting the 1st one correct and once we got the 1st order in (and I’m paraphrasing but it’s accurate), the guy said your total is $$$ – pull up to the next window. I explained that I was not done. I managed to get the 2nd order in and the same thing – your total is $$$ – pull up to the next window. I again said I wasn’t done and asked what was going on and could I talk to a manager ( I felt the guy must have been new). A girl got on, said she was the manager, and was of no help, and it ‘sounded’ like they were doing it on purpose (we were the only customers there at the time). I had had enough and said to forget it. The young kid said, in a very nasty tone, Bye!. I pulled around to the paypickup window and asked to speak to the manager again. The kid, who said his name was Alex, just looked at me. I asked again to speak to the manager. He said he was. I asked him how old he was – said 16. A manager?? I explained to him that we had probably had a $50 order – didn’t he care? He said Nope! and Bye! I tried to ask for GM’s name and number – all he would say was Bye!, Bye. Very nasty kid.

Suggested solution:

We went to Chic-Fil-A - it was packed. It is amazing to me that every location of theirs I go to, the employees are always so helpful, courteous and actually happy to be there. Why is it that pretty much all of the other fast food joints are the complete opposite? I doubt that this will go to anyone important, or that anything will be done about it, but I just had to get this off of my chest. You should pretty much clean house on that night shift and have your HR department find out where on earth does Chic-Fil-A find their employees??
OK, I'm done ranting (and going to that location) - hopefully someone will listen

Chuck Newman
