My complaint:
All of a sudden they stopped serving Enchiritos? Why? They have the ingredients and the packaging. Also you have removed many favorite classics such as the beefy tostada and all tostadas. I have loved and enjoyed Taco Bell all my life! I’m 58 years old! The new menu items are horrible. I will never eat there again! Listen to what the consumers want! Serve the items since you have all the ingredients to do so! These requests should not be shut down!
Suggested solution:
Bring back the classics the restaurant has the ingredients for! Such as, Enchiritos, tostadas, beefy tostadas! Why not allow a customer to put in a special order if the ingredients are already available? Please explain! Very upset! I won’t eat at Taco Bell anymore!
