My complaint:
The last four times I’ve gone to Taco Bell I’ve ordered the cinnamon twists. I have never received them so far and I’m starting to get very frustrated that I’m not receiving what I paid for. It’s my fault for not checking the order until I get home, at which point I don’t feel like driving back, but the order should not ALWAYS be missing the SAME item.
Suggested solution:
Have the employees double-check that all items are in the bag before handing it out to the customer. Mistakes happen, this is just the same mistake four times in a row.
