My complaint:
I order thru the app and pick up food all sealed in a bag. I always ask is this everything, the response is always YES.
A couple of weeks ago I had ordered 3 custom bean burrito’s with a whole bunch of food. Of course the 3 custom burrito’s were left out of the bag.
Tonight they left out of the bag, my two orders of Cinnamon twists. Its just irritating to pay for food and not get it.
Suggested solution:
Definitely credit back the money paid for missing items and maybe something for the trouble!
