My complaint:
Went to order the Toasted Cheddar Chaluppa box, manager said that they did not offer it, the chaluppa only, there is a picture on the menu board stating that they offer it, along with the other items with it, manager said that either I was under educated and couldn’t read, or I was just ignorant. I am a retired U S Army veteran, and this type of insult is uncalled for. I may have used uncalled for language after being insulted.
Suggested solution:
The manager can either apologize for his lack of manners, or step down from his position and let someone that has better manners take his place.
