My complaint:
My husband needed a phone so I decided to get a new iPhone for me and give him the one I had (iPhone 7), we went to T-Mobile store and I was offer a promotion with the purchase of the iPhone 10, I received an iPad half a price, the salesman told us the total of the monthly payments would be 152.00 dollars and we agreed to that, well not quite, the bill came for 175.36 dollars, I call them and the 20.00 dollars extra is for the new line for the iPad (I don’t need that) if I cancel the line I have to pay full price for the iPad, my bill will never be 152.00 dollars, that is fraud to me , I’m very upset and I decided to reported, that is no way to treat a 7 years loyal custumer in my opinion.
Suggested solution:
I deserve the “ promotion” I was offered, half price iPad, no line, and keep the price we agreed and I was promised during the transaction.
