My complaint:
checked in to Swoop flight 307 on Nov 29, 2022 from Toronto to Edmonton. The lady doing the check in was extremely rude , she had no respect for me as passenger. Said I will not let you on the plane if I want to. Her name was submarine that is what she gave me. Jackets she had was Menzies Avaiation. May be these are your check in contractors for this flight.
Suggested solution:
Discipline the mployee, teach her to deal with travellers with respect. Do not be bossy that I own the airline.
