My complaint:

Today at lunch I ordered my meal with Swiss Chalet at 1950 Appleby Line Burlington ON L7L 0B7 through SkipTheDishes app (345685712). I’ve noticed the season cut fries were missing and I’ve contacted the restaurant about them. The only replyexcuse I heard was it was the SkipTheDishes responsibility to take care of the order. I found that very rude and disrespectful and as a good customer I will not tolerate that kind of behaviour even as much as I’ve enjoyed Swiss Chalet.

Suggested solution:

The next time I order from Swiss Chalet I expect my full order and no rude excuses thank you.
