My complaint:
I was having dinner with my 2 friends at Swiss Chalet in a newish Swiss Chalet. We loved the new industrial look and the robot. The food was good also. However, we asked the server if she could turn down the volume of the music as it was blasting. She said that she couldn’t as it was controlled by head office. We could hardly hear each other across the table. It was blasting and we could hardly hear each other across the table. I assure that we are not the only ones that are bothered by this loud music. Could you please find a way that each restaurant can adjust the volume of the music. I have noticed this in your other restaurants as well. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
Suggested solution:
For each Swiss Chalet to be able to adjust the volume on the music. Also better music would be a nice touch also. Thank you.
