My complaint:
I went through the drive through at the Heartland town centre location to order my food and repeated myself 3 times as to not wanting any seasoning or sour cream with my perogies and she even said it to me at the window. They make you park at the front to wait for your food. I had also asked for salt and an extra side of coleslaw dressing on the side which they kept trying to offer me every other sauce under the sun. I wxplained what I wanted and she made it seem like she understood. I do eat at Swiss xhalet often and this is the only one that has an issue with my request. The girl brought my food to me and told me that her manager told her that that was the first and last time that I would get tbe extra dressing. I explained that I get it all of the time from other Swiss chalets and have never had an issue. When I got to work to have my dinner I noticed right away that the perogies had the disgusting seasoning on them and there was only 6 in the box. The extra dressing that they gave me was ceasar dressing which I found out after putting on my coleslaw. This is not the first time that I have received the perogies with a seasoning that only that location uses when I clearly ask multiple times for them to be plain with no seasoning. So now coleslaw and perogies ruined. Luckily my chicken was right. I am getting tired of wasting money at this location because they do not prepare things correctly and don’t give you a receipt. The one on the bag for the kitchen is so faded you can’t even read it. This is the worst Swiss Chalet around.
Suggested solution:
They should replace my coleslaw and perogies the way that I asked for them. And provide the saucethat I requested. I do pay for it and would like it to be how and what I actually ordered.
