My complaint:

Ordered from door dash revived only half the order and it was cold again. Complained to door dash and they said they would credit me the money Call Edinburgh store next morning to complain asked for manager.

She said that she would like to offer us a free dinner just call and reference her name So we did that at 450 the next night and they said fine that they we’re sorry for their mistake At 6 pm I returned their call and asked for the manager who said that all we could do was call door dash.

I explained that is what we did and that Denise offered us a free te order He said that she was not a manager and that we are basically out of luck I explained that they are useless and how frustrating this was.

So my wife and I for two nights had our dinner messed up and we went to chucks to grab a burger Rude manager poor incompetent and worst experience ever.

Suggested solution:

Telling other people to beware and getting an apology from owner
