My complaint:
Dear Sirs, as a diabetic I have used your product for over 30 years. As usual I purchased 3 pots of the 1000 sweeteners on line from Amazon; No matter how I tried after the initial use it stopped dispensing and was unusable. I opened the second and then the third with the same result. I can accept one faulty product but this seems very strange. Are you aware of a faulty batch? I have retained the containers and respectfully ask if you could provide me with an address to return them too. I would not normally complain but as a pensioner money is tight and one can’t afford to keep repurchasing a product that is not suitable for use.
