My complaint:
I recently purchased a Sweetex Dispenser (Code on rear- L 250 BBE 11 2023) which is faulty. It dispenses tablets which are either sliced across or on occasions crushed. This problem makes it impossible to judge the correct amount to place in my drinks, often causing the drink to be excessively sweet.
Suggested solution:
Examine their quality control of their dispensers. I find Sweetex the very best sweetener and faulty dispensers detract from the quality if the product.
