My complaint:
I have used Sweetex for years – usually the 800 tablet dispensers. Two dispensers in succession have failed. They jam solid and refuse to dispense. Even when the green mechanism is returned to its rightful place it jams again. On both occasions I had to dismantle it to gain access to the tablets. In one case this resulted in tablets all over the kitchen; in this case most oif them could be rescued. The other resulted in most of the tablets falling onto a floor which had lots of dried grass clippings on it. To coin a phrase, I couldn’t separate the sweet from the chaff. It seems you have in some way changed the dispensers. I have no alternative but to seek another supplier of sweetners – and as I see you also make Hermeseetas it can’t be them.
Suggested solution:
If you have in fact changed the dispenser then assure me that you have reversed the changes, Otherwise I do not see how you can resolve the problem.
