My complaint:
I have used sweetex for over 50 years. Frequently the dispenser are difficult to operate but normally I can correct this, however, on this occasion it has not been possible. I have seen many complaints similar and these also have not been able to get a response from Reckitt benckiser. The email which is given does not work and is returned by the email postmaster every time. I am using the complai.biz website to make this complaint as there seems to quite a few others. It is disgraceful for a company of such standing to ignore complaints of any sort.
Suggested solution:
With petrol costs and not sure about returning to the shop where it was purchased. A refund or replacement would suffice.
