My complaint:
I receive daily e-mails from both suttons dobies. I have unsubscribed daily since MAY last year to no avail. Have spoken to staff on THREE ocasions who promise to cancel e-mail to NO avail.
Suggested solution:
Cancel my e-mail address and not send any more offers which I am not interested in
