My complaint:

Ordered two items on 29th March. Despite numerous e-mails neither item has been received, event though one of them was supposedly sent on 9th April – still not received by today (21st April)

Suggested solution:

Refund my money (£24.97), as quickly as thy took it (within one day of the order).
