My complaint:

Initially my account was a mess with billing and was cut off twice I have reconned for them the account proving it was up to date and on both occasions they turned it back on again. I thought this was the end of it but again I got cut-off. I figured this time it must be a technical issue. I phoned to talk to a techie and was told how important my call was and I was no 32 in the queue. I work from home so needed to get it resolved and got down to no 6 in the queue only to be told I was back up to no 18 in the queue. Once I got to no 2 it then said I had gone up to no 6. Some 40 minutes later I get through to a person who informs me I haven’t paid my account. Then again I tried getting hold of the accounts department where I got cut-off 4 times while talking to a person( 2 hours later and I am no where near sorting this out). I had the proof of payments for the last 6 months showing 7 payments i had made to avoid this happening again after the first 2 times it happened. Supersonic then flat out refused to turn my service back on so I paid a further R799 to get it back on. I then decided I wanted to cancel my service and was told by an accounts person I must send an email to cancellations@supersonic.co.za requesting this be done. I sent the mail on the 110621 quoting my ID and cell no. By yesterday I had not received a response and phoned to try and talk to someone which took about 30 minutes waiting to do so. They then denied having received the request for cancellation but then later informed they had received it but it wasnt from the email address they had on file. I have a work email and a personal one, no one informed me I should send the cancellation mail from the address on file or contacted me to clarify. The list of issues go’s on and on especially with my fibre line continually dropping. My advice to anyone out there stay away from Supersonic

There is nothing that can be done, the relationship has broken down irreconcilably and I am cancelling
