My complaint:

I applied for the Supersonic Fibre in March 2021 and the money was paid for the installation.I was told that it will be installed within 7 to 14 working days. I waited for 5 months with no reply. I got a call from Vumatel call centre (after 5 months of waiting) that some guys will come the next day to install the fibre. The guys came but they did not complete the job. They stated that they will come the next day to complete the job but the did not come. Several attempts to contact the call centre was unsuccessful with more than R500 worth of airtime being wasted. Now it’s gone over a month since the guys came and the job is still incomplete. No contact has been made by supersonic fibre.

Suggested solution:

I want the fibre to be connected from my house to the main box on the road.
