My complaint:
I am writing to you with grave concern that our roof is leaking heavily. We regularly see wet patches on the roof whenever there is rain or snowfall. We called the teachinan from Sunrun earlier and he did not do anything to stop the leak. He told us the leak was not due to the panel installed at the rooftop. Then, we called the company who put shingles on the roof, in 2019. The technician from the company mentioned that the leak is due to damaged shingles caused by the Sunrun company when they installed the panels there. He provided photos, which I have attached here, showing the shingles are damaged all around the panels and that is causing the heavy leakage in the home.
I kindly request you please replace the damaged shingles at your earliest convenience. I have two young kids sleeping in that room and this leaking roof for the last many months putting our life and property in real danger.

Suggested solution:
They did not do anything to resolve the issue. We nee urgent help to prevent damage to lives and property.
