Sunrun complaint: Fraud on billing with no customer support and transparenvy

My complaint:

I have Sunrun at my house. The app does not show how much electricity was produced. Every time you call, agent says something is wrong and case is created with new number and someone will act.

They keep on charging me the
monthly amount

atleast do something
