My complaint:
I recently bought Sunbeam bread like always I didn’t do anything different with it I don’t store it wrong or anything like that I don’t put it in dark areas it doesn’t stay at sitting out in hot area salami and I do everything the same but this time I bought bread I went to open it the same-day and it was something on the side of it stuck in it and it felt like spongy like and it was brown and black and in some areas as you can see it got a little lighter but the bread was brand-new so I don’t know any other way it could have got in there or been in there except when it was originally packaged we had only ate a few slices out of it so once I noticed the area that was different looking or whatever that was then of course we didn’t eat the bread anymore I upload a picture so you could see what it is and please tell me what it is

I don't know how you should handle itI'm a longtime paying customer of Sunbeam giant bread and handle it how you would want to be handled if it were you and it was the other way around I'm asking for a lot but I am just going to leave it in your hands to see how you want to resolve it I filed a complaint through complain. Biz
