My complaint:
The texture and smell of Sunbeam bread is not what it used to be. For many years it was the only bread we bought. Nothing could compare to the texture of Sunbeam. Now it’s horrible. At first I thought it was just a bad batch, but after a couple of purchases I have come to realize something drastic has changed about the recipe. If it doesn’t go back to the way it used to be, I will be looking for a different brand.
Suggested solution:
Go back to the recipe you made for many years.
