My complaint:
I don’t know if you changed the recipe in recent months but you need to change it back!!! The texture and quality of the bread is nowhere like it used to be. The loaf seems stale every time I open it. Coarse and dry. A loyal customer.

Hey Joyce! Funny that I was trying to find out what happened to Sunbeam too! I was thinking maybe our stores were buying day old bread instead of the fresh. I don’t know what has happened! The Sunbeam bread now has holes and is thick and doughy! I miss the soft, fluffy Sunbeam!
