My complaint:
At first I thought I got a bad loaf of bread but the more I purchased this bread, I realized the bread formula changed. Not only is the bread tasteless it breaks up in your hand. If you make a sandwich it no longer holds together. You can see the holes throughout each slice and I will no longer pay $3.00 for this bread. My guess is Sunbeam is cutting costs due to inflation. Until Sunbeam gets back to its original formula they will have one less customer.
Suggested solution:
Go back to the original formula and let the customer know it's the original.
