My complaint:
Bread recipe has obviously changed in addition to the packaging but besides the bread not being soft and fresh, the right side of the load is always overcooked, almost burned. The top of the loaf I have now IS burned over the entire top (see photo below). My daughter bought it and didn’t look at it. Not sure if there’s a problem with the ovens or just poor quality control but you’ve lost a loyal customer. Won’t be buying sunbeam anymore. This has been going on for a long time and doesn’t seem to be improving.
Suggested solution:
Look into the problems and fix them! I’ve read other complaints from over a year ago so obviously they aren’t taking complaints seriously. Hate to see sunbeam go under but don’t see how they can keep customers with these problems.
