Sunbeam Bread complaint: Dry, tough bread. Holes and old tasting 9 days before expiration date.

My complaint:

I just opened a new loaf of Sunbeam King Thin. It is dry and stale even though the expiry date is in 9 days. It has gotten much worse in the past 3 months and I must find a better brand. Store brands are better and much cheaper. Very disappointed to lose such a previously fine brand.
