My complaint:

Called for issues trying to get tv channels. Tried several things none worked about 30 plus minutes into it he made a statement saying it should work button he was referring to on my remote. I said its not well it works on my TV.

And then he made a remark well I have other calls to take I then said we are not finished with my problem. I asked for a supervisor he said could take up to 30 minutes I said I will wait he then hung up on me.
