Subway complaint: We were not greeted or waited on for over 10 minutes after entering the restaurant and no one else was in there

My complaint:

When we went in there were no other customers the girl was making sandwiches didn’t look up say hi another worker came in never came to the counter and after over 10 minutes we just turned and walked out

Suggested solution:

Definitely need better customer service there and not ignore people
