Subway complaint: Very Rude Customer Service

My complaint:

I was not able to get subway app to work, I was trying to use the BOGO offer, every time I tried to do this order it would crash the app. I explained to the girl waiting on me that the app kept crashing and I was unable to get it to work. Her response was she was not able to help me with the app and was unable to do the offer without it coming from the app. Very RUDELY! I said you are not able to give me the BOGO deal without coming from
The app but you are advertising this but you still are unable to do it, her response NO! I usually am in Subway 2-3 times a week. But after this incident I will no longer step foot into subway this girl was the most RUDEST person ever that NEVER work in public customer service EVERRRRRR!

Suggested solution:

Maybe send me a coupon of BOGO coupons for foot longs maybe 1 STOCK in subway with all the money I spend at subway!
