Complaint: Very bad customer service and cross contamination issue

My complaint:

I went to get subway footlong from Manuka subway restaurant today (392020 at around 17:00). I explained to that boy (named Max on name badge) that I am allergic to all kinds of meat so please wash your knife when before you use it, he didn’t let me finish what I was saying and started getting angry with me and said look I am putting on my new gloves, Thats how we do it. I said listen to me and let me finish talking. I said It is my responsibility to tell you my dietary requirements so that you will be aware, other wise I can get sick but he was very rude, Never seen attitude as bad as that before, I told him I need one chicken Sub as well for my husband, eventhough i explained about my dietary requirements he started touching chicken and with the same hands touched my vegeterian one. When I told him that look you touched my footlong with contaminated hand. He got so angry and yelled at me saying, what do you want me to do? So I told him you have to make me another one and in response to that he looked at me and started putting his hand (the same one he touched meat with) in all the salad out of anger. I was very upset and since I couldn’t do anything about it and didnt want to risk my health and life, I told him to only give me the chicken one which was for my husband and didnt get one for myself. It completely ruined our day and now we don’t want to go to any subway again.

Suggested solution:

I would like for that employee to be talked to about food safety and all workers should be trained better to make sure they don't put anyone at risk. That person could have put my life and maybe the life of others at risk.
