My complaint:
On Saturday evening at 835pm, I walked into one of ur franchise locations to buy a foot long meatball manenora sandwich! I noticed 2 young guys in training wearing gloves face mask! The older man that was training the younger guys didn’t wear gloves or a facemask! He grabbed the sandwich away from the person being trained! This older person wasn’t wearing gloves or his mask as marked at the front entrance, he got my sandwich without gloves facemask! I brought it up to his attention that I didn’t want the sandwich he touched with his bare hands! Instead of starting new again, he just put all the food back into the pan keeping the meatballs sauce warm! I’m very disappointed on the way this person didn’t care about the situation! I don’t know if this person has taken the vaccine for the virus! I’m still very shocked! Store location 28204, I would give you his name but he had no name tag!
Suggested solution:
This person needs training on keeping clean and use of gloves and follow proper facemask procedures! I will follow up in the next few days!
