It has come to my attention that my great nephew felt he needed to leave his place of employment Subway
In Pilot Travel Center

There Haute, Indiana
Due to his supervisor (Patricia) calling a family member and telling his personal information that wasn’t needed to be told because the supervisor is friends with his aunt. I myself talked with Patricia as a supervisor myself and this situation causing a rift in our family. I explained to Patricia that there were other ways to deal with Tyler being he is her employee 18 years old and calling family was unprofessional as well as braking confidentiality. Patricia kept cutting me off asking me if Tyler shouldn’t take responsibility for his actions she tried telling what happened and I stopped her informing her I didn’t need to know because once again that is privy information that I shouldn’t know. I shared with her that no one needs to know this information other than her supervisor and if there was an issue she could have given 1. A verbal warning 2. Written warning 3. Suspension or termination. If Patricia is calling employees family members that she herself is friends with it concerns what other private information she is leaking, sharing and giving when she should not. I do expect if nothing more that someone calls Tyler Brown to let him know this is not acceptable and hopefully offer him another site to work at knowing personally he enjoyed the position at Subway and someone talking with Patricia about confidential and respect for others. Thank you I advance for your time.
Calling the employer Tyler Brown and offering another site position and the supervisor and possibly given training in confidentiality.
