My complaint:
Because the Subway app would not allow the option to toast sandwiches containing the Artisan Flatbread, I wrote in the special instructions for the store to toast my sandwich. When I arrived to pickup my order, I noticed my sandwich was cold and not toasted. I went back to the Subway store and asked them why they didn’t toast my sub. They told me they never bother with the special instructions and instead of making me a new sandwich, they took the old one and toasted it. They toasted the old sandwich, with all the vegetables intact, which ruined both the sandwich and my lunch.
Suggested solution:
Build me a new sandwich from scratch.
